The Medgrove Meditation Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive, 200-hour program designed for experienced meditation practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice and begin teaching meditation in their community.
Spanning six months, the program includes structured coursework, weekly live cohort sessions, mentorship with experienced instructors, and concludes with a 5-day in-person practicum at a dedicated retreat center.

Prerequisites
This is an advanced-level program. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of two years of consistent, daily meditation practice.

Completion of an introductory meditation course.

Participation in at least one five-day or longer residential meditation retreat.
